Nu Image achieved this goal by hiring full-time and professionally trained staff, using modern techniques and equipment, and implementing an ongoing review of service delivery. Since its founding, Nu Image has remained committed to consistent quality control and high service standards, delivering world-class results to its clients. Richard Dobson
Richard joined the company in 2012 as a branch manager and rose to the position of Vice President as a result of his dedication and knowledge of turf management, weed control, and industry standards. In 2019, Richard purchased the company and took over leadership.
Richard is an owner who is willing to work with his crews and get involved with field operations. With a background in project management and business analysis, Richard coordinates and manages all teams as they fulfill the daily needs of our customers.
Richard is often working behind the scenes building and refining processes, managing workflow, and filling in wherever needed to support the company. Richard is dedicated to ensuring our commitments are met to our client's satisfaction.
Jason Scharringa
Jason Scharringa is the General Manager for Nu Image.
Jason joined Nu Image as a turf care specialist in 2014. He has achieved progressive advancement due to his passion for customers and his highly motivated approach to managing people and projects.
Today, as General Manager, Jason is responsible for a multi-faceted role that encompasses operations management and support, sales and business development, strategic planning and hiring, equipment and facility allocation, and support of all corporate operational resources to ensure continuity of services. With a passion for helping people and solving problems, Jason enjoys building client and vendor relationships, and is always up for a challenge!
When not working, Jason is enjoying time with his wife and four young children.
Deanne Wilson
Deanne is the administrative assistant at Nu Image.
Deanne joined our team several years in a supporting role for the office staff but has since become the key administrator in the office, keeping the company running behind the scenes. She is usually your first point of contact at the office, answering the phone and providing customer service help.
Deanne has a varied background that she draws upon in her current role as the accounts payable and receivables lead. She has a delightful sense of humour and has proven to be a wonderful asset to the office and to our customers.
