Hi Carolyn,
I have been remiss in not sending my appreciation sooner. I have lived in SNC for almost 12 years and have served on the Board. I would have to say this year my property has never looked so good and I am proud to live here. I watch the crew doing their job. I even video taped one of the young female grass cutters on the stand up mower and sent it to my Manitoba relatives. They couldn’t believe the speed with which she executed her job. They also had never seen this type of a mower. In the past I was only expecting service on Tuesdays. Today they were sprucing up the mulch on the front beds, edging and cultivating after being here Tuesday.

Thanks for sharing this. It is encouraging to groups like Pollination Guelph when pollinator habitat elicits such a spontaneous and positive response from a member of the public.
And the caller is right, more businesses should be landscaped in this way! You and RWDI deserve much credit for thinking “outside the box” and seeing the contribution that your site could make to increasing local habitat for pollinators and other wildlife.
